Chandrayaan Countdown Begins
The 52 hour countdown prior to launch of India lunar orbiter Chandrayaan 1 is underway. Launch is presently set for Wednesday morning (UT) at 0050, or 8:50 PM U.S. Eastern Daylight Time, Tueday evening.
